About me

I am a doctoral student in the field of Industrial and Systems Engineering, pursuing my PhD at Auburn University's Samuel Ginn College of Engineering. My current research focuses on the application of machine learning models to analyze the fatigue life of additively manufactured products. My ongoing project involves conducting experimental segments, including the extraction of defect features through image processing techniques and utilization of various machine learning algorithms for statistical analyses. These approaches are aimed at finiding ways to gain mechanical knowledge about fatigue performance of materials.

I hold my B.sc and M.sc degrees both in Industrial Engineering from Kharazmi University and Amirkabir University of Technology (Tehran Polytechnic) respectively.

My main research interests are data analytics, machine learning, and optimization. I am presently conducting my research under the supervision of Dr. Jia (Peter) Liu, and contributing as a member of his research lab.
